The European population is rapidly ageing and the Healthcare systems in Europe are witnessing an increase of hospitalised care for multiple comorbidities of chronic and neurodegenerative diseases. Recent technological breakthroughs allow the seniors to live independently in smart living environments highlighting a growing need to provide medical support aiming at delaying chronic and neurodegenerative diseases. Delaying the chronical on-set is possible in adults given a preventive intervention addressing their mild cognitive impairment (MCI). AGEILE proposes an innovative coaching method in integrated living environments that reduces the need of hospitalised care through a rich collection of personalised multisensorial paint-related activities enhancing MCI persons` wellbeing. AGEILE proposes the following results. First, an intelligent system (AGEILE Model) that adapts to the senior’s preferences and responses and autonomously learns optimal and reusable strategies of personalised coaching. Second, a novel set of personalised coaching activities, enabled by certified medical device (VRRS), and augmented by the virtual avatar ANNE and the social robot (R1) will be proposed to the MCI person in 2 modalities: in Virtual Reality (AGEILE VR) and in Augmented Reality (AGEILE AR). Third, the design of the ICT open-platform (AGEILE Healthcare Platform) provides the interoperable environment for integrated care and ambient assisted living. The coaching activities are targeted around senior`s painting activities and related to health literacy . In order to match the growing market demand on specialised medical services for seniors, AGEILE aims to introduce new products in the market, as AGEILE Devices for Personalised Coaching, new services as AGEILE Platform Subscription and a toolkit for further RTD such AGEILE Demo Kit. The project will establish a Stakeholder Ecosystem interested in exploiting and further developing new products and services deployed within the AGEILE action
